I bought this because I decorate cakes with fondant and gumpaste. It's very hard to find the right tools in my area so I have to improvise. I use this tool to create different edible objects for cakes.It's easy to use but a little time consuming. The press is like a screw...instead of just pumping the material out, you have to twist, and twist, and twist. The discs are great; you can create so many things!! It is hard to clean, but my standards of clean are probably a little higher since it's being used for food.
